I had a room full of managers turning to me for an ad-hoc query, and every time I would alt-tab to PL/SQL Developer, Firefox would come back on top to tell me some moronic thing about Rick Astley - finally I just had to knife Firefox in the back. When I started Firefox back up a few minutes later, it had not created a restore session...to this day, I have no idea what I was reading at the time.
