Yes

I don't know how to feel about this. Is this going to be more action like the Shadow series or more talking heads like the Ender's saga? And who are they kidding with that price of $26? I will definitely check this out but I am skeptical.

three things-
first, from tor: "Card is so pleased with this take on his novel that he’s said that he would like to use the comic as a guide when developing the movie verison of Ender’s Game (uh-oh...Hollywood, you’d better not screw this one up)." so wait, orson. you mean to tell me that after all these years, the script STILL isn't done? second: this could be really good. ender and speaker could totally use that bridge. there are lots of possibilities of what could happen during that time -- the formation of jane, the various initial colonizations, ender as a young man, etc. i think it would be difficult for card to screw this up. third: when will you people admit that you not only think the bean saga is better than the ender one, but that you absolutely HATE the ender saga? The Bean saga is just the Ender saga again. If he was going to come up with new ideas, he shouldn't have based them on a secondary character in an already popular series.
Ancient of Days on :
Wow, I just can't agree with you there - the Ender series and the "Shadow" series are entirely different stories with different purposes. The former is a powerful drama, the latter an action movie.
Radar on :
The Shadow series is *no* *where* *near* the same story as the Ender's saga. Far be it from me to defend Card's choice in subject matter or whether or not he has "borrowed" story material from other sources (looks towards AoD), but the Shadow series is its own story.
Radar on :
I don't "HATE" the Ender saga, I just don't think it is a good story.
