A few weeks ago thRhett talked about some of the moments in sports that he loves. Personally I think he forgot one. I've been in a stadium when it's happened before, against the then highly ranked Oregon in 2003.
What moment is that? It's when the home team gets to start the O-ver-rat-ed chant against a highly ranked visitor. Kinda like TCU fans are doing to BYU right now. Trackbacks

Personally I'm of a mixed emotion about this. I can't decide if I'm happy because BYU Lost, or If I'm sad because there goes the undefeated Holy War. All I know for sure is I hate the BCS for making me feel like this.

Easy one for me - I'm disappointed. I wanted the Utes to be the ones to crush BYU's tiny little spirits this year.

As everyone knows, I would never cheer for the utes to win. But I've decided that losing to TCU was twice as bad as I thought because we are the ones who screwed up the undefeated showdown.

Honestly the TCU blowout of BYU, the fact that Both teams have at times looked vulnerable all speak to the magic that was the 2004 team.
Also so does he fact that Bryan Johnson tied Alex Smith's career record for wins at 21 on Saturday. The difference Smith did it in two years, Johnson has played parts of 4, started in 3 different years. |
