WGA Strike Wrap-up: Fate of Shows

Of course, you're going to be reading through the filter of "Things AoD Finds Interesting" - regardless of whether "interesting" means "Oh, MAN! HOW ARE YOU NOT WATCHING THIS?!" (USA's "Burn Notice"), or "WTF?! How did this even GET ON THE AIR?!" ("The Big Bang Theory"). If I missed a show you're interested in, you'll have to do your own research.

Dirty Sexy Money	Will return in the fall - Probably the 2nd best show you're not watching
Lost	Returns April 24 with five new episodes - Libby is behind it all!
Pushing Daisies	Will return in the fall
CSI	Returns April 3 with six new episodes; is renewed for fall
CSI: NY	Expected to shoot 4 to 7 new episodes
NUMB3RS	Expected to shoot several new episodes soon
The Big Bang Theory	Returns March 17 with nine new episodes; is renewed for fall - ...
The Unit	On hiatus
Bionic Woman	Unlikely to return - Too bad, I really liked this one; but it seems I'm about the only one who did
Chuck	Will return in the fall
Heroes	Will likely not produce any further new episodes this season
Journeyman	Unlikely to return - Why can't time travel get a fair shake on Prime Time?
Life	Will return in the fall - WTF?! How did Life get renewed and Journeyman get dropped?
My Name Is Earl	Returns April 3 - mmm...who's the boss, now, Alyssa?
The Office	Six or new episodes will begin airing on April 10 - rumor is there are wedding bells in the air!
24	Will return in 2008-09 season
Back to You	Original episodes on Feb. 26, 27; returns April 16
House	Original episodes return on April 28
New Amsterdam	Premieres TONIGHT!!!
Terminator	If renewed, will not return until the fall
Burn Notice	Picked up for 13 additional episodes - if you're not watching this, you should be... imagine a (slightly) more serious "Chuck", with the writing staff of MacGyver pitching in;(the pilot episode features line: "I prefer duct tape to guns."

Plus Burn Notices has Bruce Campbell. Personally I'm okay with Bionic Woman not coming back. They weren't doing anything interesting with it anyways.
