OMG!! It was almost a TRIPLE rainbow! What does this mean?

Heavens! Funniest/oddest thing I've seen in a while. I felt really uncomfortable there for a moment and felt shamed as I turned down the volume...but thanks for posting! Definitely made me smile!

I am ignoring the fact that he is quite obviously HIGH AS A KITE and am going to believe that the beauty of the world brought him to tears. That's a much happier explanation.
