So tonight, I'm going to go out and play Racquetball with AoD, Radar, And Captain Jack... or whatever nickname he's
using now.
I don't know what time they are planning on going till, but I'm planning to stop around 7:30-8ish (if not sooner), and heading home. Well today makes it official, the HD-DVD war is over.

Now all Sony has to do, is convince the vast majority of consumers that it's worth: and MG: "Many believe that the new disc format will be leap-frogged " that's how I've felt for a while Heck my dad has an HD-TV, and I still can't recommend him buying a Blu-Ray player. The Asylum is about to undergo a minor kitchen remodel, and by Minor I mean complete tearing up floors, replacing
cabinets paint job. About the only thing not changing is wall structure.
I think in order to celebrate we should host a Concert by that up and coming band the Armchair Rockers, starring Methuselah, Jezebel, and Giggler Rocking the guitar, Radar on vocals, Delyn (Despite protests against, Daboo) on Drums (Not Drugs). Of course more chars are always welcome if some wanted to join. Though it's tentative timing looks like Next weekend. How about The 23rd? Well we are almost there. That magical last game, that pits the NFC best vs. the AFC best. The AFC squad looks tough
and hard to beat, but the NFC squad seems to be a bit more scrappy. At least the losing team though will get to enjoy
a weekend in Hawaii.
What? Oh wait you mean the game everyone is looking forward to is the Super Bowl? Well the two teams are determined the Patriots (No Suprise) will play the New York Giants (Big Surprise) in Super Bowl
XLII.
Though the Game will probably be bad (I'm betting Vegas sets the line at 20), we'll be having our yearly Super Bowl Party at my Dad's on Sunday February 3, starting at about 3:00. All are invited as the Patriots become the first team in NFL history to go 19-0. Though it would still be fun to be in Zona in two weeks. |
